Reversed HVAC controls. The vent heat air condition controls are positioned on the bottom. You will need to make new screw holes to mount the HVAC panel in the lower position. I've circled the holes with red in one of the pics.
This raises the double din unit up for better viewing. Also give you a pretty exclusive modification to your car.
