3D printed with USA made, ABS filament from Atomic Filament.  These rigid, and made from ABS, same as most of the other plastic on the car. It will handle any interior car heat without issue.

Reversed HVAC controls. The vent heat air condition controls are positioned on the bottom. You will need to make new screw holes to mount the HVAC panel in the lower position. I've circled the holes with red in one of the pics.

This is my new cupholder design for 1985-1992 Firebirds.    All you need to do is remove the metal insert inside your ashtray, and snap in my cupholder. It is easily removed and can be stored away when not needed. Cupholder sized to fit a 30 tumbler (80mm opening).
